A page freezes

After trying twice to turn it

Goes to rotating arrows

HAS to be reset

Any idea what to do?

Does the reset work OK, but has no effect on this problem ?

i get to read again but the poblem re-occurs

Have you thought of ............

a) a hard reset ? (but remember you lose all content, so back-up)

or

b) contacting Sony Help ?
