my SBH50 GOT PROBLEMS

My sbh50 can be well connected via NFC,
also it can play the music in high quality.
However, I can't use the bottom such as pause to pause the music and either "next" etc . What could I do? I've try reset it and also upgrade my Xperia c3,but it didn't work!

Does the menu button work on your headset? Have you installed the application "Stereo Bluetooth Headset SBH50":

Which music player are you using? Have you tried to connect the headset to another phone to see if the buttons work?

I've checked out the guidelines.
Actually it works well on HTC ONE but not my C3.
It is all fine except the button controlling the pause/next...(on c3)
I use the walkman (Sony).
Recently, it was often out of commission and crushed.
So I turn up to update the system of my smartphone.
Yet, it is no use .
And I remembered that I had stop the one of the programs called "remote controll" or something. Since that ,my sbh50 got problems as I've said.
Can it be fixed?
