XR-55A95L

I purchased a XR-55A95L back in January this year and it has developed a fault, fails to turn on and the led blinks red 6 times. Attempted to get it repaired under warranty but the site tells me the warranty ended in November 2024, which doesn't make sense because the manufacture date on the TV says 2024/12. Am I missing something?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Where did you buy the TV from, the first point of contact for any warranty repair is the place you bought the TV from.

Normally Sony TVs come with a 1 year warranty from date of purchase, unless it was part of Sonys 5 year offer or you bought it from a retailer that offers multi year warranties.

If you bought it direct from Sony (why, why, why) there must have been a number or web address to use if you need a repair under warranty.

A red blinking LED is a sign something serious is wrong with the TV probably one of the circuit boards has failed.
