CNN on slingTV was not working so i tried to force stop and clear cache. Clear cache didnt work so i tried to uninstall Sling TV. Now the TV home screen does not come up. I tried following the instructions here https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00175354 but when i follow step 1, it does not show "How to use your TV". I tried calling support but they are closed. please help. just need to get the TV working again.
