To master 4K it requires 1080 input
Can anyone help me I’m trying to get 4 K for my PS4 pro and I have done it for the system but in the tv settings I need to master 4 K but it says I need an input of 1080 what do I need to do ?

I am not really sure I understood what you have done, but as far as I know, to be able to get 4K HDR from the PS4 on your television you need to do only two things:
- Connect the PS4 Pro HDMI to one of the 4K HDMI ports (usually HDMI 2 & 3 in most Bravia)
- Enable this option (they are in Italian for Android 7.0 but they should be comprehensible):

Yeah I did that but after in the picture settings it says master 4 K and I can’t access that

Ah, do you mean that the "Master 4K" option is greyed out? I am not really sure what it does, but I rarely see it as selectable. Also choosing Game Mode for the HDMI reduces the list of options available (to keep a lower input lag).
Nothing to worry about.
