TeamViewer Android TV QuickSupport

Does Sony intend to embed TeamViewer Sony QuickSupport for their Android TVs ?

This could solve many problems that too many people cannot handle themselves.

Philips has already done this !!!!

Sorry, but I hate these things.  But if ever implemented, i would hope that the end user (owner of the TV) could switch all remote access off.

To directly answer your question though - Sony does not release or speculate on their intentions.

For me, I would rather Sony invest time and money developing proper manuals and support knowledgebase articles.  After all, people dont learn anything if its all done for them.

The only good thing would be if I could remotely access my Mums TV (is she had an Android TV) in order to help or fix something on her behalf.
