Redish smudges on screen - Sony FW75XE8501

Hi,

For unknown reason my TV screen started to have this weird red/brown smudges. Pic included.

Tried factory reset and a system update, but it didn't work.

Does someone have an idea?

You have a professional product this is the consumer product community. It should be better if you get in contact with sony professional
