I have a Sony Bravia KD49XG8196 it’s connected to the internet and youview is enabled but the apps won’t get past the adverts when I select a programme to watch, what’s wrong and how do I sort this?
The solution is hopefully simple. Find and rerun initial setup in the Tv settings. Note this is not a factory reset and is quick and easy to do. Skip the channel tuning and accept all Sony and youview terms and conditions
