LCD screen stopped working when changing ISO / SS

Hey,

For some reason my a7iii LCD screen has stopped changing the preview when ISO / SS is altered - happening in all modes.
It was working completely fine earlier so no idea what has changed.

If I do adjust ISO or SS the image will take with the settings I have adjusted - I just cannot see the preview via LCD or viewfinder

soooo annoying!!

Any help would be amazing

Update - it works if I map Shot. Result Preview to a custom key
