Hello guys.
I bought an Xperia 5 a week ago in Moscow. After a day of using I found out several spots on a back panel (attached). There were no any scratches, spots were under the glass. I asked for exchange. The second device after 2 days of using appeared to have ths same spots almost at the same places (attached).
Both were made in Tailand in october 2019, revision 2.
I asked the for exchange for some newer device made later (in November). But they have no and even don't know when they'd recieve new consignment. So the only option for me is refund.
It's terrible. And it looks like devices madin on october 2019 for Russia (or just in Tailand) are defective. How can I get device without flaws? When are you going to send newer devices to Moscow?

Can you circle the spots you were referring? Coz I only see lots of dust smudge.

Looks like Sony is ignoring this issue.
I can't get any proper answer form anybody. Russian support doesn't want to give any unambiguous answer, and here nobody from Sony replies.
Other guy on russian forum (4pda) reported about similar issue.
Meanwhile Sony says nothing about issue.
I see now. I can feel the frustration. Looks like poor QC. Get it changed till you are satisfied. Open the box to check before leaving the shop.
