Download information from a broken Xperia 5 IV

Hi,
Is there anyone who knows how to download information from the internal UFS memory in a broken Xperia 5 IV device, or who can perform such as download preferable somewhere in Sweden?

hello @olofjan

can the device still power up? and the screen is working?
then you can try to use Xperia Transffer 2 app or connect the device via usb cable and open the device memory on a pc.

check if you can see the internal memory with Xperia Companion app on pc

The screen is no more, unfortanly.

The device seams to power up, but reboots in a couple of seconds iterative.

So, I can’t use any app. Any idea how to access the internal memory succesful?

Hi olofjan, unfortunately, since you can't see the screen, there's nothing out there that can help. All software programs and backup programmes require the screen to be on. Unless you backed things up on Google, then when you log in to your new device, you'll be able to retrieve data.

Google Calendar

Did you find any solution to your broken screen? What happened with it, physical damage or not? A couple of days ago my screen went black without any other interference to it. Would be interesting to know if it is some software bug or if the display died. Everything else works but can not get into the phone anymore.

This might be a long shot. But if have you tried connecting the device via USB c to hdmi into a TV or monitor. You might be able to see the device screen externally..?

Yeah as a far shot I'd recommend connecting it to a PC/laptop with a USB, maybe it reads it as a removable disc.

My screen was hardly damage by vehicle.
