I have a problem with my Sony Xperia 10 VI. No notifications on the black lock screen even though it's on. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?
Hi @snit77, make sure that the Do not disturb mode is off by following the steps here: https://helpguide.sony.net/mobile/xperia-10m6/v1/en/contents/limit_interruption_do_not_disturb.html
If the issue remains, go to:
1. Settings > Apps & notifications > Configure notifications.
2. Tap Show notifications.
3. Select notifications at all.
