I wouldn't worry because I recommend getting a case and a screen protector anyway. The Gorilla glass 6 is so soft,it will scratch when you just look at it.

There's a discount on Sleo cases on Amazon if you get more than one. I got three cases, red, white and black,plus two pairs of screen protectors from the same company, with the black rim and without, all for some 20£ with the discounts that add up.

The case is pretty nice... I'd love to use a Sony case, but the design for the XZ3 was sooo flawed, I'm not going back to that.

I still didn't get mine and was told all devices in my country was sold and have to wait until "wave 2". I tried all possible resellers and situation is same. This is so unfair!

Poland. No single x1 available in my country. Another wave will be on Monday this is harrasment.

@azzido2 when was the first wave in Poland? I thought that the first wave was going to happen on upcoming Monday (although one of retailers told me that first devices will be available on 7th of June). Scentre.pl takes pre-orders but it seems like without the headphones.

Hey the first wave of presale was yesterday, started 31.05.2019 at 00:00 AM. The problem is sony center and other shops were taking unofficial preorders much earlier and once preorders started those people received devices in a first place. Only few available devices was there. Yesterday I was at work and planned to buy the device in afternoon but was told by sony center employee they were out of stock in the morning... Other shops the same. Entire country. Was told that second wave of preorders is expected next week, hope it will be Monday. I signed for it in both sony center and other shop, "first in first win". Will buy from whoever is first. The problem was noone mentioned when presale will start in advance... Or about possibility to sign earlier. Also in the presale only black color is available but I am fine with it since I planned to buy black, I do not like other colors this time. There is no dark green I like more, they are also miasong rose-gold for women. Indeed regular sales will start on 7th of June but without "free" headphones, but price will drop from 4399 PLN for version with headphones to 3999 PLN for device only.

Hi. Yes, you are right, they started taking pre-orders in stores before May 31 and then online pre-orders started on 31st of May and in the evening of the same day devices with headphones were no longer available. I didn't know that it was available somewhere in Poland before 31st of May. But standalone device itself is still available for pre-order for 3999 pln and will be in stores on Monday in Krakow (black color only). I mean if you want to buy Xperia 1 without free headphones, you can purchase them on scentre.pl and I think you can take it on Monday. Anyway I hope you will get your phone tomorrow.

Got mine last week, the grey version from Vodafone.

Got my playstation 4 with it also, however I hate consoles as I am a PC Master race person and sold it to get a computer part.

Reason we in the UK got it very quickly-as even Sony Marketing agree with this:

There is a small but FANATICALLY loyal Sony Mobile fan base, within the UK.

For example

I have the Z5P, the XZ Premium, the XZ3 and now I have the Xperia 1.
