I now have only 9 apps appearing when pressing all apps. I did have a full page until last Saturday. No reason for the loss of apps.

Have tried all read suggestions. Reluctant to reset as TV is only 2 months old and was set up by John Lewis on delivery. Help!

I did just that. I had already tried their suggestions apart from reset.

I was about to to do a reset yesterday and when I tried the Appa a full page appeared once more.

Puzzling but who cares it seems to have righted itself.
