KDL-43WF663 infobar keep showing on HDMI

Hi, my TV keeps showing the top banner while watching TV from a device connected to HDMI. I can't find where to switch off the infobar.

When the bar shows up the audio cuts off and resume shortly.

Please help.

Hi @Joehad83

The only work-a-round I’m aware of, which degrades your audio experience, is to set your connected device’s audio output to PCM or Normal. If the audio format is fixed then the TV doesn’t report the change by displaying the Info banner.
