Home Button not working

Just set up new TV KD-65XG7000BU and connected with SKY Q box however when I try using Home buttom on Sony remote it does not work. Has anyone got any ideas of how I can sort it? I want to check picture settings. Thanks

can you press the home button successfully when the Sky Q box is disconnected?
