Have you tried refreshing the internet content? You can do that by pressing on Home - Settings - System settings - Network - Refresh Internet content.

Hi,

it seems I have the same issue with my KDL-55W829B

I have refreshed internet content but I still have 20 apps only. I remember I was able to browse lots of pages of apps some months ago.

I have some in my pref. that disappeared from the general list and, as expected, it won't start...

Has Sony reduced support to this type of TV set?

Hi there,

I found a link on the Sony website that says the Vewd store on your TV has been terminated: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/televisions-projectors-lcd-tvs/kdl-55w829b/articles/00226633

This could explain the difference in the number of the available apps.

This is really disappointing me.

This is not fair for customers all around the world.

I suppose Sony has not proposed any workaround, and this means I will never buy a Sony TV anymore.
