Can anyone confirm if this set will work with IP control - we are using Demopad but can't get it to respond?

I have been in the TV repair and installation trade for 44 years, many of them repairing and installing Sony products.

Unfortunately Sony UK support are a complete waste of time, I asked this question of them on October 18th under case number 19147496 and to date they have been unable to supply an answer, except "our engineers are looking into it".

Hence my question on this forum

Android TV and older Sony tv support it https://www.rticorp.com/downloadable/download/sample/sample_id/343/

You should check if you have the same setting on your non android tv

Thanks, doesn't really apply to this model but will be a useful checklist on the ten Android 65 inch sets we have installed on the same site.

Amazed nobody from Sony can answer this question.
