Hi

We have a Bravia KD49XF7073SU bought in May, and initially all apps and channels worked and signed in to each service OK. However now Freeview Play or apps - Iplayer/ITVhub/All4/My5 do not work. Have tested the internet connection and connected by ethernet - Amazon/Netflix/Youtube all work fine with no buffering/connection issues.

The message comes up "loading, please wait" and nothing happens. I've tried phoning Sony helpdesk but you need to be sat in front of the TV and their opening hours are 9-6pm Mon-Fri, so absolutely no use for anyone with a job!

Can anyone help with this problem?

Thank you
