TV banner going crazy

My TV Info. banner is going crazy! It started yesterday and what happens is the info banner just keeps cycling through info for every channel even though i am not changing the channel. Anyone know how to fix this?

Models starting with XBR are not European models. I'd say contact the US community people, they may be able to help. I found a link to the US community: https://us.community.sony.com/s/?language=en_US
