I can switch between HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 - but both show the same thing... I have to turn the Virgin TIVO off to display the Apple TV (which is plugged into HDMI 2) - and HDMI 1 and 2 show the Apple TV signal, if I turn the Apple TV off, then the Virgin TIVO (which is plugged into HDMI 1), displays on both HDMI 1 and HDMI 2....

If I plug Apple TV into HDMI 1, same thing happens

It's really most perplexing!!

Hi @matthew_norman

As this is a relatively new TV your first port of call should be the Retailer or contact Sony UK Support if that is not possible.

I take it you are satisfied that the HDMI cables are in good condition and there is no cross over etc. If it was me I would try a Reset or Factory Reset to ensure that you are starting with a clean sheet.

https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/televisions-projectors-lcd-tvs/kdl-43wf663/articles/00170598
