Recording to USB

I have the facility to record to a USB, but every time I press the record button it says only digital recording? So what can I record? I have tried all programs, from streaming, Sky Q, fire stick and Apple TV, all with the same message

Hello @tonkie93,

you can only record TV broadcasts from the TVs internal tuner - Sky Q and Amazon Fire TV stick are HDMI sources.
