apps missing or NOT WORKING

for last three weeks i had 100 apps on my sony bravia tv model kdl32w705b know i just have 28 apps left,internet is connected and working fine,i have contacted sony customer service and emailed them no help,is anyone else having same issue??

Thankyou for replying back Sony customer service didn’t tell me that the some apps have been terminated,the staff at Sony customer need to told about this or people will go round in circles trying sort it out
