It would help if you supplied your TV model number KDxxxxxxxxxxx. If it is a Linux TV and you are referring to the Info Banner then this is a well known bug that Sony have known about for two or three years and don’t appear to have any interest in fixing it.

The cause is normally when the Audio changes. You can show this by changing your Sky (Q?) HDMI Audio to Normal so it does not change. Sky Q box Home -> Settings-> Setup-> Audio visual-> Digital audio output HDMI -> Normal. Of course you will degrade your audio experience to PCM Stereo.

Try a Search on “Info Banner” to see how extensive this problem is.
