Does Sony BRAVIA KDL46W905A support HDCP?

Hi,

i have a four year old TV and have just moved to a new location where our TV provider installed a TV Box, when i go to the HDMI channel of the TV Box, i can only see the error: Your TV cannot display this video service as the TV does not support HDCP. Now, i've tried multiple HDMI ports and cables, still the same issue. I've also checked for the latest firmware, which is PKG4.600EUA. This is installed.

My TV is a Sony BRAVIA KDL46W905A and i can't find anything in my manual about HDCP support... new TV?

Welcome to the Community. We'd suggest you contact Sony Customer Support on this issue, as they should be able to advise whether the HDMI inputs on your TV are HDCP compatible. You can reach them here.
