KD43XE7005BAEP Youtube Problem

Hello there,

So I've bought my Sony a couple of weeks ago.
Everytyhing seems to be working fine, except for Youtube app.
When I try to play a video, it stucks on a black screen with a title "LOADING".
It usually happens, after I watch 1 or 2 videos and it dissappears after ~10 mins.
My internet is fast, I don't have any problems with laptop, phones etc.

Moreover, I cannot connect my phone's youtube app with this TV. It also gets stuck on "connecting".
Am I the only one that is experiencing these issues, or do we have a problem here?

I've tried to contact my local customer support, but I think my grandma would've given a better advice
So I'm still looking for answers here.

I also have the problem of connection my phone's YouTube app to the TV. It's stuck at connecting. I need some help resolving this.
