I have SONY MODEL NO KDL42W829BBU 42INCH 3D SMART TV I used 7 different USB wireless mouse USB but all of them showing the same message not supported I have 2 USB port both showing the same issue I just fed up with my TV as I need to use my wireless mouse for saving my Camera recording. Any can help me much appreciated.....Thanks

Hi @sabih_80 and welcome to the community,

Using a wireless mouse can be difficult as they often need a driver to work. And as you can't install a driver on the TV, this poses a problem. I think your best bet is to use a standard, wired mouse instead.
