Replacing mainboard kdl-42w674a with mainboard kdl-32w650a

My tv kdl-42w674a can not be on, just stand by with red led blingking 3 times ,,,

there is plan to replace mainboard but in my country there is no mainboard for kdl-42w674a ,,,

but i found mainboard kdl-32w650a same part number ,, part number: 1-888-153-11.

Can I put the mainboard on my tv?

Is there any need to set or can directly plug n play?

What about eeprom and firmware.

In order to replace the mainboard in the TV, certain things need to be changed and reset in the TVs service menu.

My advice is for you to get your TV repaired via an authorised Sony repair centre, see:
