Hi,

I just got a PS4 Pro and I’m unable to get 2160p RGB resolution with my TV.

I know that it's not HDR, but I still don’t understand why I only get YUV420 colour format.

I get a notification from the PS4 saying that my TV might support higher resolution, but I cannot find any settings on the TV to activate an enhanced mode or similar.

Has anyone been able to fix this or is a new firmware update required?

Thanks,

Hi there

According to this FAQ:

http://sony-eur-eu-en-web--eur.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/112975

Your TV will support YCbCr 4:2:0 when using 2160p@50 hz (which I am assuming that is what your TV is set at).
