Youtube search on Bravia Internet?

I am unable to enter characters/numbers in the login/search fields of YouTube on my Bravia internet tv.

The letter/number pad does not appear on the right of the screen as it does in the instruction video I watched. Any suggestion please?

Youtube usually use flash for the site. I'm not sure if it's possible but try to check if your device has the latest flash player installed.

Thanks for the reply. I phoned the shop this morning, all I needed to do was press "enter" one more time and up came the screen key pad!!

I don't see the youtube search bar on my Sony TV (X950G). I can't find it anywhere. If by pressing enter you mean the center button on the remote, I pressed that but nothing. Please help. Thank you.
