can I use the charging dock station and micro usb at the same time? If yes, can I use the micro usb for otg simultaneously with the charging dock?

As long as you will use the USB port for other reason than charging, (you can define that from the pop up message that appear on the screen once you connect it with USB cable) I thin it will work yes, however, sadly I don't think that Xperia Z supports wireless charging

Yes you can. I use it all the time. The tablet (Z3) is on the station while it's connect to my computer via usb.
