I use an original SONY OTG USB (female) to micro USB adapter, checked with at least 4x USB memory sticks all in FAT32, a mini USB mouse no luck. Also checked the connectors/ports for damage, cleaned it, checked it in the 'safe mode' to no avail. The tablet charges battery and transfers data with PC flawlessly.
