Try a full network restart, turn off all your Wi-Fi connected devices, then finally turn off the router. Give everything a minute or so to shut down completely, then turn the router back on. It'll take a couple of minutes for the router to complete its startup and re-connect to the broadband. Once it's back online and the lights have stopped blinking start turning your device back on, hopefully with no more issues. Otherwise check Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet Manual for wireless connection troubleshooting.
