They can run through some checks with you and can then advise about a possible repair.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone help i have a hdrtg3e it worked brill up til a few months ago now the lcd screen just shows a fuzzy screen it wont take pics or videos but i can view stored videos, if i try and take a pic it takes a pic of snow and the same with the video but with sound.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
