Sony HDR-CX115E Playback "data error"

Hello, i won a competitiona while back to win a sony hdr-cx115e and i won it, worked fine when doing tests with it, i took it to spain with me on holiday so i can use it for the first time and while i was there when i was recording videos, when it came to play them back, it would play like 3 seconds of it, start like going pixelated then beep and come up with the message "data Error", and its done it ever since, i thought it was the memory card, i was using a micro SD, but put it in the SD card adaptor, so i bought a new 32GB SD card, and its doing the same, i record it will play like 3 seconds then will freeze and then "beep beep" Data error.

The camcorder is a sony Handycam HDR-CX115E, im using a 32GB SDHC memory card

Yes ive formatted the SD Card, ive done it via the camcorder and computer still hasnt changed a thing, i removed the battery and put it back in, still changed nothing.
