Hi,

I'm trying to figure out what my serial number on my camcorder is, i've searched the net and the instruction manual and can't find where it's located, anyone any ideas?

Hi Daz

The serial number will be found on the underneath. There should be a Sony sticker and a 7 digit serial number should be located either on that or near it. It should also be on the box if you still have it.

The box has several barcode stickers and it usually starts S/O

thanks for the reply, the numbers on the bottom are 9 digit and 6 digit lol.

the 9 digit one is split up into 1, 3, 3 and then 2 digits by dash signs -

The 6 digit one is below the CE sticker.

I may have the box still, i'll try and find it, thanks
