Play memories home download tool!

Play memories is due to close

I cannot get this download tool to work, it tells me a account already exists with my credentials, and asks nme do I want to sync, nothing happens except please wait

I am concious this downlaod tool is NOT working and the deadline is fast approaching, come on SONY, help us out, I have a ton of stuff in my play memories on laptop, how the heck do we transfer it, I need an easy fix I am in my 70's, show some respect SONY!!

Hi,

I had the same problem as Sony has discontinued their download app.

I just plug the camera power lead usb end into my computer's usb port, double-click on This PC, then USB Drive G (29.7 GB size, your drive letter may be different), then DCIM, then folder 100MSDCF, I then select all the photos, copy, then paste into my photo folder on my desktop.
