WH-XB910N Ear Pads

Recently got replacement ones but they make the headphones sound tinny and distant. I was wondering if Sony did official replacement ear pads.

If they don’t, is there any way of getting the measurements or something similar. I don’t know if it’s the thickness or quality of the foam or something completely different I’m not taking into account.
