I have tried all the recommended solutions (reset / factory reset) to no avail. The RHS up/down swipe volume control still works. The headphones app will not allow me to download and reinstall&nbsp; the firmware (no option to download on the app - presumably since it thinks it's already up to date).</P><P>Can anyone advise how to reinstall the latest version?
