Amazon Echo Input Bluetooth to Car MEX-N6002DB Stereo

Hi Everyone,

So I've bought the new Amazon Echo Input which I'm installing in my car. I've connected it to an unlimited data plan on my phone and was planning on connecting it via Bluetooth to my newly installed MEX-N6002DB DAB car stereo.

For some reason even though it apparently supports the same Bluetooth Profile as the Input (A2DP). It simply will not see it as an available device to pair to. I've linked it to a little Anker Soundcore Speaker so I know the Bluetooth functions.

Anyone had any experience with Amazon devices and Sony Car Bluetooth?

On the Car stereo? Well my phone is connecting blue tooth no problems but I can give it a try.
