Just tried to register for cashback - error: A case for this product has already been submitted

I brought a sony a6500 today, a big reason for me buying it was its reduced price with cashback.

£300 you get back apparently, I just entered my serial number and they are telling me a claim is already in place!!!!

Have you tried to fill in the form more than once? It could you be that one of your claims went through. Try to check the spam or junk folder of the email you used to register your claim.
