Hi,

I just noticed my wi-c300 voice guidance is not working but it can play music without any problem, but without voice guidance i have to look for the light indicator to know if its turned on or off, connected or waiting for pair. I have factory reset it via power and volume down still no voice guidance. Should i send it for repair from the store i just purchase its just few months old. Any answer will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

my wi-c300 has the same issue. Also music sound level is too low. As if half of the power is gone.

On the other hand, thelephone conversation sound level is ok.

Any one got same problem?
