&lt;P&gt;Sony do seem to be very specific about the documentation for these claims, but they will honour your claim if you&amp;nbsp;submit&amp;nbsp;a proper tax invoice. This has to be sent to you by law from the retailer, so if you bought it online it will likely be attached to an email somewhere.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're sure that's what you have already sent, call Sony Support on 02073652810 during office hours and they will help you get the claim moving again.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have received the following message after trying to claim my £80 cash back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;“After validation we have noticed that&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;you have sent us the online order confirmation instead of the invoice.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Based on this information your participation is unfortunately no longer valid.&amp;nbsp; To rectify the situation please send us the correct invoice in reply to&amp;nbsp; this e-mail within the next 10 days.”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The document I sent Sony clearly states “Invoice” and fulfills the requirements set out in the terms and conditions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;is there a phone numbrt I can ring? Anyone else challenged this?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
