problem with Sony soundbar HT-CT80 . no sound

i had this for about 2 months and have been working just fine. now suddenly when i turn it off and then on again i get no sound from it .either on tv with optical or on bluetooth . if i do reset and unplug it and leave it for 1 hour ,it works again . and if i turn off and on again same thing happens. all lights are on , just no sound. i hope to get some help!

now i get no sound at all after reseting!
