Brought a song stereo for my car and am having problems with Bluetooth hands free. Have connected my phone fine to the stereo and can make calls fine through the contacts on my phone through the stereo. But when I receive an incoming call the contact does not appear on the stereo just the phone number even thou all the contacts have been synced.

Hi Dan,

Welcome to the Sony Community.

Can you check where your contacts on your phone are stored? If they are on your sim they might need to be transferred to the phone memory for the contact name to be displayed on the stereo.
