Hi. Can anyone help with a problem i have with my Sony DSX car radio with bluetooth and my new samsung galaxy s7. I have been using a microsoft nokia with the Sony DSX with no problem at all, i have paired the new samsung up and all works fine through bluetooth, except when i get an incoming call there is no sound. outgoing calls no problem, media no problem, and with my nokia no problem. Please Help. Cheers.

Hi @satsystem,

did you activate "call audio" in your advanced bluetooth settings?

If the option can't be activated or is not available, try deleting each device from each others bluetooth connection list and re-pair the two devices again.

Hi. Thanks for the reply.

I have tried all of the suggestions mentioned with no luck, then just before i called it a day and changed my sim cards back into my Microsoft Nokia I just tried changing on setting the ringtone on the sony from setting 1 to setting 2. Now all working great.
