Connecting You View Box

I have a Sony Bravo TV (KD43XE8004) and want to connect my talk talk You View box. I have tried but the tv doesn’t recognise the box. Can anyone instruct me how do connect it?

Are you using the hdmi socket?

Hi, Yes I have used the HMDI socket.
