Cashback Claim for Sony A1 55 inch - £300

Hi, Does anyone know how to speak to a real ive person at Sony about Cashback Claims? I am owed £300 for an OLED TV purchased in December. I've filled in the form, received confirmation but heard nothing since.

Any help much appreciated.
