    <description>&lt;P&gt;Shambolic! I'm having the same issue, didn't get any correspondence from Sony about this merger. The kit we buy is very expensive and having it suddenly disappear from our accounts is unacceptable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have logged into my account after not using it for a while and went to my product support page to find that all my products that has been registered are missing and the account suggesting nothing has been registered, so whilst trying to re register my TV and 5yr warrenty, there is no where to register the warranty, but the system is asking me to purchase a warranty instead - any ideas what I can do to resolve this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I contacted the product technical support messaging system and its todo with the fact that they've merged our accounts into one, without clearly telling us what we needed to do if you've used the same email address to login to these multiple accounts but with different passwords obviously means you don't know which password to use.
