    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I get through to talk to anyone at Sony about cash back issues re my Rx100?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sent my VAT receipt to them, they say its not right,no other explanation. Even called John Lewis to check and the confirmed I had sent the right document.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone I can actually talk to? &lt;P&gt;This sounds frustrating, but I can escalate this for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I sent you a PM asking for&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;e-mail address that you used for registration or the serial number of the camera you are claiming the cashback for. If you can reply with this info via PM, I will pass this on to Sony via the escalation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
